We were reading a story book on a teddy bear’s wish for water for his bamboo plants.
“What do you wish for?” I asked my five year old niece.
She clasped her hands together, closed her eyes and said, “I wish that it will rain all over the world that needs water and that everyone will have lots of water to drink.”
“Wouldn’t there be a flood if it rained everyday?”
“There is no flood now. The plant needs water, people need water... there is not enough! Don’t think of the flood. It’s water!”
